Event Requirements

Everyone entering the event site must sign a release & waiver form. 10:15 Tech
+ Registration cut off. You are responsible for having your car number and class clearly
displayed on your vehicle after Registration.
If you are under 18 years old and want to compete you MUST have a waiver signed by
BOTH parents in the presence of solo chairperson or safety steward. No exceptions.
Notice to Participants: In light of the current COVID-19 situation, every attempt will be made to minimize the risks of exposure to the virus. New processes and procedures are being developed and will be put into place for events going forward. Email if you will need a helmet, limited number and will not be recycled until sanitized for the next day.
Ultimately, it is your responsibility to assess the risk to you, both on-track and off, and to make the decision on whether or not to participate. If you are feeling unwell or are experiencing symptoms such as fever, cough, or shortness of breath, loss of taste or smell please stay home! If you have been in contact with someone who has been experiencing these symptoms in the last two weeks, please stay home.
While on site please take the health and safety of your fellow participants, volunteers and staff into consideration and practice social distancing, wear a mask (please bring your own mask), and wash your hands and/or use hand sanitizer frequently (we will have extra sanitizer).
-The city is requiring Masks at all times, while on site except, when helmeted (full face) and while driving.
-A minimum 6ftsocial distancing rule will remain in effect, at all times (not same household? then keep your distance).
-Preregistration on motorsportreg to reduce close interaction(s) on site.
-We will limit the event to 50 drivers so pre-reg early to insure you have a slot.
-Glove up for course setup and tear down.
-Sanitize all equipment and work surfaces. After your work assignment, use our materials provided to wipe down all radios, flags, keyboards, pens, work surfaces.
