DRIVER ELIGIBILITY: Drivers must be a current member of the SCCA and hold a SCCA Full Competition license or SCCA Pro license to participate in this event. If you do not have the proper credentials it is your responsibility to contact the Registrar prior to the event.

| Seamless Qualifying - Each group gets their own qualifying session, but cars stranded off course will not be towed back to the paddock until after the session. For example: Saturday 8:00 AM - Group 1 qualifies and Group 2 qualifies at 8:20 AM. Stranded cars will not be towed back until after Group 2 finishes their qualifying session. |
GRID: Starting positions for the Saturday race will be determined by the fastest time recorded for each car during the Saturday qualifying session. Starting positions for the Sunday race will be determined by the fastest time recorded for each car during each of the Sunday qualifying session. Cars arriving at the grid after their group has been dispatched on track may, at the discretion of the Operating Steward, be held at pit out and released at the end of the pack after the field has completed their pace lap.
QUALIFYING: A driver not qualifying within the maximum of 115% of the recognized track record of their class must obtain permission from the Race Director in order to race. In the case of unusual circumstances, the Race Director can waive this rule for the entire event. See chart in the supplemental regulations.
ENTRY FEES:
Early bird entry fee when paying by check (before July 1st) $425. (Your best value)
Early Bird entry fee when paying with credit card (before July 1st) $445.
Entry fee (after July 1st) $525.
Entry fee, 1 car – 2 classes early bird paying by check (before July 1st) $720.
Entry fee, 1 car – 2 classes early bird paying with credit card(before July 1st) $755.
Entry fee, 1 car – 2 classes (after July 1st) $825.
Each SRF, SRF3, FE and SM entry will be charged an additional $20 compliance fee per entry for the weekend.
PASSES: Each entry receives four (4) passes, including the driver and three (3) crew members. Additional passes may be purchased at Registration for $10 each. Workers, guests, & crew must sign for their own passes and must arrive while registration is open. For non-registered visitors daily passes may be purchased from GingerMan Raceway for $10 per day. The entry fee also includes Saturday evening dinner passes for the driver and one crew member. Additional dinner tickets may be purchased for $12 each.
