Event Requirements

The primary registrant of the holiday party MUST BE an active BMW CCA Member. Guests are not required to be members, but all guests are of the responsibility of the sponsoring member (registrant).
Alcohol is being served at the winter celebration. We expect that all participants and guests act responsible at the event. This includes coming to the event as well as leaving the event venue after the holiday party has concluded. The hotel has lodging specials, if you want to stay overnight and enjoy the spa.
The Rocky Mountain Chapter BMW Club is not responsible for any events, actions, or complications before or after the event.
