If anyone will have any minor children (under 18 years old) both parents or guardians will need to fill out a Minors as Observers only Waiver. The Minor Waiver form can be found at:http://www.pca.org/resource/waivers-minors or on the RMR website:http://rmr.pca.org/files/event_chairs_2018Minor_and_Parent_Form-Waiver-Observersonly-PCA2009.pdf
These forms will also be available at registration but both parents or guardians must be present to sign. At least one of the parents or guardians must attend the event.
