All participants in this event must be 19 years old or older. 

Nebraska Region SCCA requires all individuals at the event who are a minor in the state of Nebraska (under age 19) to have a signed minor waiver on file with Nebraska Region.  This minor waiver needs to be signed by both parents or guardians and either notarized or witnessed by a Nebraska Region member who fills out the bottom of the form.

In addition to those rules, the following supplemental rules will be in effect for this event:

1)  An SCCA Membership is required.  If a participant is not currently a member, a weekend membership will be provided to them at the event as part of registration.
2)  All drivers must be 19 years of age or older, and must possess a current valid drivers license.
3)  Passengers for the purpose of instruction will be allowed at the event officials' discretion.  All passengers must be 19 years old or older, have signed the waiver, and must be an SCCA member or hold an SCCA weekend membership provided by the event officials.
3)  All event observers MUST remain within the designated area.  Failure to stay within this area may result in ejection from the site.
4)  Drivers are responsible for disposal and cleanup of any item that is removed or becomes detached from their vehicle in paddock, grid or on course.  All litter must go in properly designated containers.  All oil, tires, and other chemicals must be removed from the site by the competitor.  
5)  Speed Limit onsite, outside of the course is 10MPH.  Excessive speed or driving deemed to be hazardous by the event officials will result in immediate expulsion from the site.
6)  Speed limits and local rules on roads around the event site must be respected by all competitors.
6)  Only one car will be allowed on each section of the course at a time.
7)  If fueling is necessary anywhere on-site, the fuel must be dispensed from an approved container and a fire extinguisher must be present and in an observer's hands.
8)  Nitrous Oxide, Methanol injection, Ethanol injection, or any other accelerant entering the air intake system is prohibited on vehicles competing in the event.
9)  Any event photographers will be allowed on course provided the following conditions are met:  
   A) The photographer must be at least 19 years old, have signed the waiver and possess either an SCCA Membership or SCCA Weekend Membership.  
   B) The photographer must have a spotter approved by the Solo Safety Steward. 
   C) The photographer must stay on his/her feet at all times while on course.  
   D) The photographer must stay a safe distance away from the designated edge of the course while cars are running.
