Event Requirements
The deadline for submissions is March 31st, 2020. Early submission is strongly suggested.
The organizers and their appointed representatives reserve the right to accept only automobiles and motorcycles meeting the standards of the Greenwich Concours d’Elegance, as determined by the organizers. Replica vehicles are not eligible for the Concours.
For consideration by the Car/Motorcycle Selection Committee, a vehicle/motorcycle must have its original body on its original chassis; a replacement body on an original chassis will be considered if it is historically correct in design and materials.
The Concours will take place rain or shine. Vehicles on the show field may not display for-sale signs or advertisements.
Vehicles shown in 2017, 2018 or 2019 at the Greenwich Concours are not eligible to be shown in 2020 unless they are a part of a special class.
All show vehicles must be on the field, in their appointed locations, no later than 9AM. Owners agree to leave their vehicles in that location until presentation of the awards, or release from the field by an event official.
All classes for display and judging are determined by the organizer and are subject to combination or addition of classes as deemed necessary by the organizer. The decisions of the judges will be final.
If you are trying to register on the Owner's behalf, you MUST CREATE a MotorsportReg account for them or be logged into their existing MSR account. Creating an account in your name will likely result in your own information listed as the Entrant for the event.
