While we have many of the waivers done, most of you did not read that we need it filled out for events, and signatures witnessed by somebody in a ledgable fashion. 

Don't be surprised when we ask for a completed form when you arrive.

Waivers, presigned and find a witness to sign and print their name. Bring them to the first event you attend. 

MUST be DONE- Parental waiver signed by both parents and witnessed giving their youth permission to participate.

All 18 and over sign the waiver sheet ,(this was normally a weekly process) do it right and do it once. 

The waiver for the minor must also be provided.

The Events covered must read " All Little Middleton Speedway 2020 Events"
