How do I update/change my payment information?

You can update your payment information if you have a payment pending for an event. Here are the steps:

  • Log into MSR and clicking on the Billing Tab
  • Click on the Pay Now button for any outstanding fees listing
  • Click on either the Pay By Credit Card tab OR the Pay by E-Check tab
  • Enter the new information
  • Click on Verify and Put on File

You must have a payment pending in order to update your payment information. If you do not have a payment pending, simply enter the new credit card or e-check information the next time they go to register for an event.
