When will I receive my refund? - How long does it take?

For questions regarding cancellations and refunds, please contact the event organizer directly. If you haven't already canceled, you should sign in and click the "Cancel" link, which will flag your registration properly. You can contact the organizer by clicking the "Ask the registrar a question" link from your dashboard. You can get to your dashboard here.

If you are due a refund, you can ask the organizer to add it as a credit on your account for use toward future registrations with their organization.

Once the event organizer has processed your refund, it can take some time for your bank to credit the refund back to your account (generally at least 3-5 business days). The refund could also cross over/extend into the next billing cycle. It is best to check with your bank/credit card company to find out what their policy is regarding refunds.
