WOW Weekend A La Carte Utah Motorsports Campus has been granted permission by the state and the county to hold special WOW Weekend A La Carte. Due to the specific precautions that are required by government officials, the process for WOW Weekend A La Carte will be different than are past events such as WinterX and WOW.
NOTE: There are some very specific guidelines for this event, and you will be required to follow them or you will lose your run session with no refund.
WOW (Track Laps) - $50 per 1-hour session – 20 Cars Maximum per Session
Cars are released onto the track strategically. This allows you to drive at whatever speed your comfort level permits, to enjoy your car’s abilities and sharpen your skills. Precautions are in place to keep you and everyone else safe; it will definitely be one of the most memorable experiences of your life.

- NO friends or family allowed – to ensure that we do follow the requirements of the government, your friends and family will not be able to come out and watch
- After you have checked in – you must remain in your vehicle at all times
- No social media posts – We want you to enjoy your time out at UMC but would greatly appreciate it if you don’t share it on social media during this time.
- If you are late and miss your session there will be NO REFUNDS
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Minimum age 16 years old

Session 1 - 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM
Session 2 - 9:15 AM – 10:15 AM
Session 3 - 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM
Session 4 - 11:45 AM – 12:45 PM
Session 5 - 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM
Session 6 - 2:15 PM – 3:15 PM
Session 7 - 3:30 PM – 4:30PM

- Check-in: Box Office minimum 30 mins before your session
- Self Tech Inspection Form: Must be filled out and bring to check-in, see below.

- You MUST have your own helmet, there will be NO rentals available
- NO friends or family allowed – to ensure that we do follow the requirements of the government do NOT bring your family or friends out to watch
- After you have checked in – you must remain in your vehicle at all times
- No social media posts – We want you to enjoy your time out at UMC but would greatly appreciate it if you don’t share it on social media during this time.
- If you are late for your session the will be NO REFUNDS
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Minimum age 18 years old

Tech Inspection
Wide Open Weekend will be a self-tech event. Participants are required to download the Tech Form, fill it out and turn it in on the day of your event. Safety is our highest priority, and it should be yours, too. You are responsible to ensure that your car is safe for the sake of yourself and other participants.

All UMC participants are required to wear an approved helmet while on track.
Car helmets (SA) must have DOT/SNELL ratings. Helmets cannot be older than 2010. Dirt bike/Motorcycle helmets (M) will not be allowed. (The SA standard requires a flammability test; the M standard does not.)
HELMET RENTALS ARE AVAILABLE
Convertibles
Convertibles are prohibited, unless they are equipped with factory-installed rollover protection, or approved aftermarket rollover protection.
Other Rules and Regulations
All participants MUST wear a helmet
Drones, or any kind of airborne photo/video platforms or machines, are not allowed.
No passengers allowed
Open to all licensed drivers / bring your valid Drivers License to check-in for verification
Participants are required to wear closed-toe shoes.
Standing on the mechanics wall or hot pit wall is not allowed.
Anyone under the age 16 is NOT allowed in the hot pits
Drivers are responsible for any damage to the track property
Drivers understand that they assume the risk for any damage they may cause to their vehicle
***Minors (16-18) are required to have parent or guardian accompany them to the event to fill out the Minor Waver Form, OR print out the form online and have your parent or guardian get the document notarized***
Participant arrival time
Check-in required 30 minutes prior to the session
**All participants are required to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to their session start time in order to receive the proper wristband and sticker for the event. Attend the mandatory drivers meeting. UMC reserves the right to refuse track time to anyone at their discretion. Participants who are unsafe on track and/or fail to follow event rules will be asked to leave and will forfeit their entry fee.**
