WinterX $50
Let's Get Sideways!! Okay, here's the skinny on Winter X......it's an ON TRACK event during the winter months from December to March. We do not clear the snow or prep the track in anyway, the track is left as is for cars to take laps on. Cars are lined up at turn 1 on track and released one at a time every 20-30 seconds. Cars must navigate through the snow on track and exit as designated and re-enter line. Laps are timed for your own personal use and improvement, we will have 2 locations displaying times, 1 at finish and one in pit lane.
WinterDrift (Bring your own car) $65
Winter Drift is a unique program presented by Utah Motorsports Campus that allows thrill-seekers and adrenaline junkies to drift their personal cars. Available for participants 18 years and older. SNOW or NO SNOW, run unlimited laps on our drift course! **Previous experience is required**
Helmet Rental $25
Need a helmet? UMC has helmets available for rent, sizes S-XL.
(Additional fee will be charged if helmet is not returned)

Event requirements
Participation
Passengers are not allowed
Come prepared with approved helmet and tech inspection
Must arrive on-time, attend mandatory drivers meeting in order to participate
- Check-in: Mountain Suites 1, 2nd floor of the GP building between 8:00 am - 8:30 am to receive your wrist band and tech sticker.
- Mandatory Drivers meeting at 8:45 am
- Self Tech Inspection Form: Must be fill out and brought to registration in order to receive your wrist band and tech sticker. See Below for link.
- Tech sticker, must be put on your windshield, driver side top corner.
Tech Inspection
This event will be a self-tech event. Participants are required to download the Tech Form, fill it out and turn it in on the day of your event. Safety is our highest priority, and it should be yours, too. You are responsible to insure that your car is safe for the sake of yourself and other participants.

Helmets
All UMC participants are required to wear an approved helmet while on track.
Car helmets (SA) must have DOT/SNELL ratings. Helmets cannot be older than 2010. Dirt bike/Motorcycle helmets (M) will not be allowed. (The SA standard requires a flammability test; the M standard does not.) If you do not have a helmet, you can rent one from us for $25.
Convertibles
Convertibles are prohibited, unless they are equipped with factory-installed rollover protection, or approved aftermarket rollover protection.
Other Rules and Regulations
All participants MUST wear a helmet
Drones of any kind, or any other type of airborne photo/video platforms or machines, are not prohibited.
No passengers allowed
Open to all licensed drivers
Participants are required to wear closed-toe shoes.
Standing on mechanics wall or hot pit wall is not allowed.
Anyone under the age 16 are NOT allowed in the hot pits
Drivers are responsible for any damage to the track property
Drivers understand that they assume the risk for any damage they may cause to their vehicle. UMC is not responsible for damages.
