*MSR will add a $2 fee per entry in addition to the event fees.
REGISTRATION CLOSES Wednesday, July 5th at midnight.
CANCELATION POLICY:
You may cancel your registration at any time before Wednesday July 5th at midnight and your credit card will be issued a 100% refund, To cancel, return to the MSR Dashboard to Edit Registration and select "cancel".
If you "no show" and do not cancel your registration you may not receive the full refund.
FRIDAY, JULY 7TH:
5:30 to 8:00 PM Site will also be open for those who just want to come walk the course, tech your car, check out the site, and/or socialize as well.
TECH will be open for those wanting to get their cars tech'd before the event. To streamline tech we will be accepting all MiDiv regions' annual tech. Let the Tech Chief know if you have an annual tech from your region. Empty car, have your Numbers, and Class on both sides of car, drive to TECH area, and stay with car. TECH by Driver at the direction of TECH Chief.

REGISTRATION:
Sign SCCA Liability Paper Waiver at registration or have your Annual Waiver Card.
Save time get your Annual Waiver Card digitally at Link to SCCA to complete an Annual Waiver digitally.
Do you have a child between 12-17 who is going to participate? Link to SCCA Minor Waivers digitally or to fill out the required SCCA minor waiver.
All classes will be run by heat, run order determined based on event entry. Run heat, grid assignments, and work assignments will be posted at the trailer. We have one grid and will rotate heats from grid to paddock after impound for each heat. First heat drivers may grid before driver's meeting.
PASSENGERS AND SPECTATORS:
NOTE: for insurance and safety only registered drivers and waivered passengers in active grid. All Passengers must complete the SCCA Membership application for the free Trial Membership at registration and obtain a passenger wristband. ONLY NON PARTICIPANTS MAY BE A PASSENGER. No minors in grid unless drivers and no spectators - please use the spectator area or paddock. NO smoking or vaping on site anywhere.
LOCATION INFORMATION:
Road Yoder Autocross Site, 1117 East Red Rock Road, Hutchinson, KS is on private property. We are allowed access to the site only on event days.
Please enter the facility slowly and carefully to avoid disturbing the landowners.
Located in Yoder, KS, Approximately 35 miles northwest of Wichita: Directions from K96:
· Exit to the West at Halstead Street (HCC South Campus/KLETC Sign at the Exit)
· Take first right at Red Rock Rd
· Entrance to site is approximately 1 mile west, entry is a long dirt driveway on the left (toward the south)
· Dirt road leads to runway, follow runway south to paddock

WE ARE GUESTS ON A PRIVATELY OWNED SITE. KEEP SPEEDS UNDER 10 MPH WHILE ENTERING AND LEAVING THE SITE. THERE IS A HOUSE ON SITE WITH YOUNG CHILDREN, PLEASE WATCH OUT FOR THEM.

OUR SITE IS LOCATED IN AN AMISH COMMUNITY. PLEASE BE COGNIZANT THAT YOU MAY ENCOUNTER HORSES AND BUGGIES ON THE SURROUNDING ROADS. PASS WITH CARE AND TRY NOT TO SPOOK THE HORSES.
Event Format:
This is a sanctioned Sports Car Club of America Solo event held under the 2023 Solo Rules and MiDiv Series Rules. LINK TO MID DIV RULES.
A minimum of three runs each of the two days will be allotted.
Local Services:
While we are the Wichita Region, our autocross site is located in Yoder, KS about ten miles south of Hutchinson, KS. Keep this in mind when looking for lodging.

WEATHER: We run rain or shine be prepared.
HOTEL AND RESTAURANT INFORMATION:
Gas stations, car wash, grocery, restaurants, fast food and auto parts stores can be found about 10 miles north of our site in Hutchinson, Kansas.
For Saturday meals we highly suggest Carriage Crossing Restaurant and Bakery located right in Yoder only about 2 miles away from our site (just beware they're closed on Sunday). Another local restaurant to keep in mind is Bull's Eye Grill also located in Yoder right down the road from our site (also closed on Sundays)

Safety and Conduct:
Spectators and competitors not working must view the course from outside the designated course area. Speeding, burnouts, tire-warming, and other inappropriate activities at or near the site are potential grounds for event disqualification at the discretion of the series solo steward, event chairperson, safety stewards, or their designees. In grid and paddock, please drive slow and be mindful of people, cars, equipment, and oncoming traffic sharing close quarters. A limited number of loaner helmets will be available. If using one during a run, please return it to the loaner helmet area.
Run/Work:
Run/work assignments will be pre-assigned based on the entry list, and in a manner that balances heat sizes and worker coverage. Changes in class or no-shows may demand a change in heat arrangement. Workers should be ready to report for work before their heat begins. Heat change overs will be brief. Please listen for announcements made by the Chief Of Workers and be on time for your work assignment. Lateness may be taken as a no-show, and result in a disqualification.
