Basic Ice Race License
The Western Canada Motorsport Association is the authority for amateur motorsports in Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Northwest Territories and Yukon.
License fee: $20
Late fee: $35 renewals only if license required within 1 week of event
Event requirements
Ice Race License
FIRST TIME APPLICATION:
- Complete all information in your MotorsportReg (MSR) profile
- Proof that you have successfully completed an approved competition driving school. For information on approved competition driving schools, please contact the Director - Licensing at racelicense@wcma.ca.
- Completed and signed Annual General Waiver.pdf or Annual Waiver - Parental Consent .pdf and Annual Waiver - Minor Participant.pdf
- A completed Self-Declaration Medical Form.pdf
- Your current year club membership card (unless you purchased your membership on MSR)
RENEWAL:
- Ensure all information in your MotorsportReg (MSR) profile is correct and up-to-date.
- Completed and signed Annual General Waiver.pdf .or
- Annual Waiver - Parental Consent .pdf and Annual Waiver - Minor Participant.pdf
- A completed Self-Declaration Medical Form.pdf
- Your current club membership card (unless you purchased your membership on MSR).
