FIRST TIME APPLICATION or RENEWAL:
- Complete all information in your MotorsportReg (MSR) profile
- Completed and signed Annual General Waiver.pdf or Annual Waiver - Minor Participant.pdf and Annual Waiver - Parental Consent .pdf
- A completed Self-Declaration Medical Form.pdf
- Your current year club membership card (unless you acquired your membership on MSR)
