The Ultimate Winter Holiday Celebration
The Rocky Mountain Chapter BMW Car Club of America Board of Directors and Evening Sponsor, Winslow BMW, would like to invite you to our annual Winter Celebration.

Cost: $35.00 per person
The Ultimate Winter Holiday Celebration includes appetizers, dinner, dessert, a single drink ticket, and car simulator rime. Additional drinks or beverages are cash bar. Johnny Martins offers a wide selection of Wine and Spirits.
Schedule of event:
6:00pm - 7:30pm : Cocktails and Hor D'oeurves
7:30pm - 8:30pm: Buffet Dinner
8:30pm - 11:00pm: Program and Socializing
Canned food donations will be collected onsite for the Food Bank of the Rockies

RMC BMW CCA members need to call the hotel number directly and mention that they are RMC BMW members. Upon check in please provide them your BMW membership card.
Parking: There is a multi level covered parking structure across the street from Johnny Martin’s Car Central.

Event requirements
The primary registrant of the holiday party MUST BE an active BMW CCA Member. Guests are not required to be members, but all guests are of the responsibility of the sponsoring member (registrant).
Alcohol is being served at the winter celebration. We expect that all participants and guests act responsible at the event. This includes coming to the event as well as leaving the event venue after the holiday party has concluded. Local Lodging is available.
The Rocky Mountain Chapter BMW Club is not responsible for any events, actions, or complications before or after the event.
