It's time to sign up for our first lapping event this summer.
Each event will be comprised of 3 run groups; A, B, C.
Group A – Experienced drivers/ track-ready vehicles
Group B – High Intermediate B
Group C – Lower Intermediate C (Must have experience at Mission prior to event)

Membership Required: Membership purchase is now included with your first event of the year. More information regarding our membership and pricing will be provided on our home page (ubcscc.com).
Registration Cap:
Senior/Intermediate: 30
The event is capped at 30 registrations. Please register for the waitlist on MSR if the event is full. If you are on the waitlist, you will be notified when a spot becomes available. Please respond within 48 hours to ensure the spot is not passed on to the next eager participant.
*NO NOVICES WILL BE ALLOWED AT THIS TIME*
Cancelations: No Refunds
Credit, however, may be given if the spot is able to be filled with a replacement participant, and the host has notified a MINIMUM of 14 days prior to the event.
BY REGISTERING, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO ALL CONDITIONS OF THE SUPPLEMENTAL REGULATIONS. Any violations of these regulations will result in an immediate end to your day - please read BEFORE signing up.
There is absolutely ZERO TOLERANCE for any burnouts, reckless driving, or loud stereos at any time. Anyone caught breaking this rule will be immediately, and permanently, banned from local autocross clubs without warning.

Event requirements
COVID-19:
At this time passengers, pit crew, spectators, and camera people will not be allowed to participate in our events. Please look for an email sent to all drivers prior to the event to have the most up-to-date regulations regarding COVID-19 safety precautions.
UBCSCC is required to cancel any events due to COVID-19 or any other safety concerns, a full refund, credit, or alternate event will be given. If participant numbers are restricted for any reason, drivers will be selected based on their respective registration date. An update will be made as we get closer to the date.

All Drivers:
-Must sign a waiver upon arrival and present a valid driver's license at on-site registration.
-Helmet required: M2010 or SA2010 certified helmet (same certification as for autocross use). Loaner helmets are available.
All Cars:
Brakes - Fresh brake fluid with at least 50% of brake pad remaining.
- We can not stress this enough. There is a sharp turn directly after the main straight, which will heat up your brakes substantially on a hot lap. Less prepared cars are urged to brake early.
Convertibles - Required to have an roll-bar that meets SCCA/CACC regulations (please email us if you have a concern)
Tires - Race compound tires - No minimum tread depth and no cords showing. At least 3/32" for street tires. Possibility of rain? Bring street tires. Novices may only run street tires.
Fluids - Engine oil, transmission, coolant. All in new to good condition.
Hood - Must close properly with a stock latching mechanism and/or have hood pins for aftermarket hoods.
Windshield - Vehicles with cracks >3" in the windshield will not be allowed to run.
Helmet - M2010 or SA2010 certified helmet (same certification as for autocross use). Loaner helmets are available.
Seats - At least one seat with a working seat belt. Novices: Two seats with two working seat belts (for mandatory instructor ride-along).
Interior - Remove any loose items. Jack, tools, and spare tire included.
Engine - Hoses and belts all in good shape, and no fluid leaks. Any spills on track will be charged to the driver. Battery properly secured.
If a car is deemed unsafe at the track, it will not be allowed to drive.
