About this event
A Tire Rack Street Survival class is one of the best things you can participate in that is both fun and beneficial.
- Fun because it's great watching the kids' faces when they learn something new,
- Beneficial because you know the teens taking this course will be given some tools they need to become better drivers.
- Fun because their excitement is contagious.
- Beneficial because you are sharing the freeways and surface streets with them.
- Fun because it takes you back to when you were a new driver.
- Beneficial because you may just learn something yourself.
- Fun because you get to make new friends and catch up with existing friends.
- Plus, any donation you make (cash, food, water) can help your bottom line come tax time.*
Come out and help us give both the teen drivers and yourselves an early and important Holiday gift.
We need coaches, on-site registration, course set up, cone shaggers, water & ice, breakfast items, lunch sponsors, PR and whatever else you can think of to make this end-of-the-year event successful.
* We can arrange for you to receive a tax receipt for any monetary or goods donation.
Event requirements
**Coaches**
Coaches must complete an Online Training Program. Please use this link to go to the training site. It's the same online training that was used in 2014 so if you have already passed it, you don't need to retake it (although it's a good review opportunity). It takes 20-30 minutes but you can stop and come back if you don't want to do it all at one time.
Please sign up as a coach now, then complete the training program. At the successful end of the training program, you will receive an electronic certificate. Forward it to TRSS headquarters and we'll take care of updating your MSR profile.
