Come join us on our first and only tour of the year to the Columbia River Valley into the heart of Washington's wine country where virtually ALL of the grapes used by the Puget Sound wineries are actually grown! The driving portion of this tour will be over the Cascades via Cayuse and Chinook passes, but will include some roads in eastern Washington that you may not have seen before as we travel amonst some of the vineyards and into Richland. We'll be staying at the Red Lion Inn Hanford House on the Columbia River at 802 George Washington Way in Richland where we have a block of 40 rooms reserved at a rate of $99 for a standard room and $120 for a suite, including a Sunday breakfast buffet. We'll have reserved PNWR parking and a car wash area at the hotel. Saturday evening we will have a three entree Italian Buffet, including dessert for $45 per person at the private Meadow Springs Country Club. The Country Club will be parking our cars on their driving range for photo ops. We will have a guest speaker from one of the area wineries explaining why the Columbia Valley and Red Mountain now produce some of the best wine grapes in the world. Sunday morning we will have a guided tour to three of the local wineries before departing on your own to more wineries/sights or heading home. It will be a fun and educational weekend! Don't miss it!
Event requirements
Tour Requirements:
- Cancellations and refunds: Cancellations accepted until Sep 5th. There is a $45 per person credit card charge through MSR for the Saturday night dinner, however, the card will not be charged until after the event date.
- Car club membership: To participate you should be a member of the PCA and PNWR. Porsche owners who are not members may register through the tour leader and receive a special invitation on a case-by-case basis.
- Non-Porsches on the Tour: Non-Porsches are only allowed on a case-by-case basis under extenuating circumstances (car in the shop, awaiting delivery of a Porsche, etc)

For Adult participants and attendees: All drivers and passengers must sign the Waiver Release Form, which will be provided at the tour starting point. There is no need to download, print and sign the form in advance.
- Age and driver's license restrictions: All drivers must be at least 16 years old and in possession of a valid US driver's license at the time of the Tour. A driving permit is not acceptable. For participants under 18 years old, the participant and his/her parents must sign an additional waiver and the participant must attend with at least one parent or legal guardian.
- Registering for Passengers: Please make sure to include the names of any passengers riding with you in the space provided during registration. If you have two cars on the tour each car and driver should register with a separate Motorsportreg account.
