Come join us for a tour with a new twist! For the first time, we are going to end a tour at a track event, then let our tour participants join the scheduled Drivers Education event at The Ridge Motorsports Park in Shelton! We'll meet in the Olympic Village Shopping Center near the McDonalds Restaurant in Gig Harbor, get organized in our groups and then take a morning drive on some of the Olympic Peninsula's back roads before ending up at the track in Shelton for a pre-paid lunch with the PNWR DE participants. Show time is between 8:15 and 8:45, drivers meeting at 8:45, first group departs at 9:15.
During/after lunch, the DE instructors will be available to give track orientation rides in their cars for those who would like to learn a little more about Driver's Education and perhaps decide they would like to try it on one of the future dates. We may also be able to fit in a couple parade laps for each of the tour groups. The return route home is at your leisure.
Event requirements
Tour Requirements:
- Cancellations and refunds: Cancellations accepted until April 8th. There will be a pre-paid lunch provided at the track at a cost of $13 per person.
- Car club membership: To participate you should be a member of the PCA and PNWR. Porsche owners who are not members may register and receive a special invitation on a case-by-case basis.
- Non-Porsches on the Tour: Non-Porsches are only allowed on a case-by-case basis under extenuating circumstances (car in the shop, awaiting delivery of a Porsche, etc)

For Adult participants and attendees: All drivers and passengers must sign the Waiver Release Form, which will be provided at the tour starting point. There is no need to download, print and sign the form in advance.
- Age and driver's license restrictions: All drivers must be at least 16 years old and in possession of a valid US driver's license at the time of the Tour. A driving permit is not acceptable. For participants under 18 years old, the participant and his/her parents must sign an additional waiver and the participant must attend with at least one parent or legal guardian.
- Registering for Passengers: Please make sure to include the names of any passengers riding with you in the space provided during registration. If you have two cars on the tour each car and driver should register with a separate Motorsportreg account.
