Teen Ice Driving Clinic - Sat, February 1, 2014

Cynthia Lake - MN

About this event

Ever been concerned if regular driver's education courses are enough to keep you or your teenager safer on the roads?  Doesn't it make sense to give teenagers the "hands-on" opportunity for how to handle a car?  How fast can you stop?  How does rain effect driving dynamics?

Well, you've come to the right place.  Let our volunteer staff of highly trained driving instructors teach your teenage driver how to handle a car.  From slalom and wet skid pad exercises to braking and accident avoidance, we will teach the driver more in one day than they've learned the entire time in Drivers Ed.

This 7 hour program consists of one hour long classroom session and approximately six hours of behind the wheel exercises with a personal instructor.  The ice-driving lcinic starts at 8:00am and completes at 4:00pm. Students and guardians should be at the lake by 8am for registration. The classrom session will be held at the Horse and Hunt club, which is in close proximity, East of the venue from 11am to noon. We recommend having lunch at the Horse and Hunt club from noon to 1pm..

The cost per student is $100.

Class class size is limited and spots fill quickly.  Register early for guaranteed enrollment.

Sponsored by: Shell Oil Company, Audi Minneapolis, Audi Saint Paul
