Registration
Pre-register here for $35. Walk-ups are accepted at the afternoon sessions of double-header events for a fee of $45, but pre-registration is recommended to secure a spot. Once registered, make sure that your name shows up on the entry list to confirm your entry. Registration and tech will remain open until the beginning of the first heat. If you want to mail in your payment, please contact the registrar listed below.
HEAT DETAILS
**For double-headers, the run order will be THE SAME for AM and PM groups.**
If the number of entries at an event becomes too great, the number of heats will be increased. We will make every effort to determine if the number of heats will be increased prior to the event, but most likely the decision to add a heat will not be made until morning of the event, after walk-up entries have been processed and total number of entrants or classes is counted.
We plan to give each entrant four (4) runs. Ladies class will run in the heat following their corresponding Open Class.
NUMBERS / CLASS IDENTIFICATION

Car numbers and class information must be displayed on both sides of their car during competition runs. Numbers and letters conforming to Section 3.7 of the SCCA Solo Rulebook are highly recommended (8” high numbers, 4” high class identification). In the event that your vehicle already has painted or other permanent numbers that do not reflect your number and/or class, they must be covered or crossed out. Regardless of which numbers you use, make sure to place them on your car before going through tech inspection. The Tech Chief and/or Solo Chair have final say in determining whether identification is appropriate.
REQUIREMENTS
You must show your valid driver's license and your SCCA membership card. If you are not an SCCA member, you will be required to buy a $15 Weekend Membership. Only buy one membership for the weekend. It is good for both Saturday and Sunday. Check your email for a member # to use on another weekend entry.

Speed is limited to 5 MPH in the pits and the surrounding areas. No tire warm ups will be permitted. Your car must pass our technical inspection in order to compete. You are strongly advised to drive slowly/conservatively on public roads surrounding the event.
EVENT TIMETABLE
AFTERNOON SESSION TIMELINE DEPENDS ON ENDING OF MORNING SESSION AND CHECK IN OF ALL PRE-REGISTERED DRIVERS, so it is flexible, but don't be late
- 11AM: Suggested arrival time
- Registration & Tech open at end of AM session
- Novice walk-through conducted by an instructor when time permits
- ~12:15-12:45PM: Driver's meeting: 12:15PM -12:45PM?
- ~12:30-1:00PM: First car off (time not guaranteed)
- Registration & Tech close before start of driver meeting.
For the afternoon event (register for the separate event): registration and tech reopen ~1 hour before last morning heat ends. We will usually break for lunch for 45mins after last car, then drivers' meeting. First PM car off after driver meeting
