Summer Haze Double SARRC

WELCOME! The SCCA strives to ensure that ALL participants in its events and activities enjoy a welcoming environment. A commitment to a welcoming environment is expected of all its members and attendees, including drivers, workers, crew, guests, staff, contractors and exhibitors, and other participants at SCCA activities, sessions and social events and when representing the SCCA in print or electronic media.

Each driver must be a current SCCA member, and must also hold a current SCCA Competition License per the GCR or a current license from an organization recognized by SCCA (see GCR Appendix C.2.8 and FastTrack updates for the complete list). The SCCA requirement is satisfied by SCCA Probation letters and SCCA Novice Permits with Drivers School requirements signed off. Novice permit holders must turn in their novice permits to Registration at the beginning of the event, and must obtain them from the Chief Steward at the end of the event. Probation letters must be turned in to Registration to be used by the Chief Steward for observation in order to receive credit for the event. Weekend SCCA memberships are available..

Entry fee for the Summer Haze Double SARRC event is $350.00 per car / per race group for all races. Running one car in two separate race groups requires two separate race entries. Additional fee per additional Driver(s) per car will be $75.00 per additional Driver / per car to cover additional sanction fees and insurance fees. Additional $30 required Compliance Fees for SRF, SRF3, FE, and FE2 . Credit / Debit cards only will be accepted as payment for entry fees. Credit / Debit card payment information must be submitted when the Driver or Entrant enters a car at www.motorsportreg.com . Paper check and cash payment is not available. Credit / Debit cards will be charged when the Driver / Entrant arrives at the Registration window at the track. Any Driver / Entrant who withdraws their race entry before their race car actually enters the pit road or enters the track must contact the Registrar at the track during Registration open hours to arrange for a refund.

Go to Roebling Road Raceway http://www.roeblingroad.com for test day information, camping information, electricity, garages or directions. Camping is available Thursday night through Saturday night. Electricity is available:and covered garages are available for a fee paid to the track.  Their website also has hotel information with links to the hotels.

There will be a test day of Friday, however, that is a separate event, with a separate registration fee.  You can register for the test day at the track on Friday, August 13.
