Registration Fees:
Catering lunch is provided to all registered drivers
$425 if registered on or before Jun 30th, 2021 and pay by electronic money transfer (PLEASE CONTACT SPEEDFANATICS@HOTMAIL.COM TO REGISTER IF YOU PLAN TO PAY VIA EMT)
$449 if registered after Jun 30th, 2021 and pay by electronic money transfer
$449 if registered on or before Jun 30th, 2021 and pay via Motorsportreg by credit card
$499 if registered after Jun 30th, 2021 and pay via Motorsportreg by credit card
Total of 3 run groups rotating throughout the day; each session is 25 mins (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced)
Cost of ferry and hotel stay are NOT included
Gate opens at 8:15am
Please arrive at the track no later than 8:30am for Tech and Registrations.
Mandatory Drivers' meeting at 8:45am. Organizer has the right to turn away any participants who missed drivers' meeting without offering refunds.
Event requirements
Please specify your track experience before registering. Organizer has the right to move participants into run groups which best suits their skill levels and natural speeds of vehicles.
Please bring your own SNELL 2010 approved helmets
Street legal and ICBC insured soft top convertible cars are welcome to join the event.
Organizer has the right to send a participant home if this person is not behaving in good manners or is making dangerous moves on track which may affect the safety of others.
Sound limit for Vancouver Island Motorsport Circuit is 95 db.
