What is a SCCA Track Event?

For those who have never sat behind the wheel while on a track, the Track Event provides instruction in both the classroom and on the track, giving novice drivers the opportunity to improve their driving skills and increase their enjoyment of driving their street vehicle**.

For those who have track experience, Track Events offer Intermediate and Advanced run group options*.  These groups offer the experienced driver a chance to hone skills in a non-competitive environment.

What is a SCCA Time Trial?

If you have been to several Track Events and you’re ready to take it to the next level this Time Trial event adds a competitive timing element. If you hold and SCCA Competition License or you have earned an SCCA Novice permit that day in the Track Event.  You can run in the Time Trial Event which will be the last session of the day. After the laps on the track tuning your setup now put them to the test and go for Trophy’s and Prizes. The SCCA Time Trial Nationals will be Held Sept. 28-30 at NCM Motorsports Park in Bowling Green, Kentucky. The licenses earned here will allow entry to that event.
