Our Objective:
To provide you, the competitor, with an SCCA divisional RoadRally weekend that offers two days of enjoyable sports-car rallying over the scenic roads of Missouri's Rhineland. We will run our rallies in accordance with the applicable divisional requirements in the SCCA’s RoadRally Rules, 2017 Edition (available online in the rally section at scca.org), as amended by our General Instructions for the weekend.
Rallymaster Ron Ferris has designed each rally--Scenic Byways and Wilderness Trail--with the beginning/occasional rally team in mind. Average speeds for the weekend will be moderate.

Registration and the start for both rallies is at the O’Fallon, Mo., Denny’s Restaurant, 1140 Technology Drive, O’Fallon, MO 63368. (This is just off I-64/U.S. 40 in St. Charles County, Mo.).

Saturday, Aug. 19 (Scenic Byways):
11:00 a.m. to noon: registration
12:31 p.m.: Team 1 receives route instructions
1:01 p.m.: Team 1 departs the start
5:00 p.m. (approx.): Team 1 completes the rally
6:00 p.m.: awards presentation
Sunday, Aug 20 (Wilderness Trail):
8:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.: registration for Sunday-only participants
9:01 a.m.: Team 1 receives route instructions
9:31 a.m.: Team 1 departs the start
1:30 p.m.: Team 1 finishes rally
2:30 p.m.: awards presentation
Event requirements
The standard SCCA rules regarding day-of-the-event road-rally registration will be observed (i.e., valid drivers license and insurance, vehicle inspection [self-inspection by the rally team], signing of waivers, including appropriate minor releases and waivers, etc.). Appropriate forms will be available at registration. For event participation by minors, please contact the Registrar before the day of the rally.
Assumption of Risk
RoadRally is a potentially dangerous activity that can result in serious injury or death. Participation in all aspects of the activity is voluntary. The ultimate responsibility for participant and vehicle safety lies with the Participant, vehicle owner, driver, navigator, and crew members. The Participant agrees that by entering an event, the Participant acknowledges that the event will be conducted on public and/or private roads with the accompanying hazards. The Participant also acknowledges that by participating in the event, the Participant may suffer bodily injury or death, or loss or damage to property. The Participant further acknowledges that the Participant has voluntarily, assumed the risk of bodily injury or death or loss or damage to, property and waives any claims for bodily injury or death, or loss or damage to property against SCCA, its directors, officers, employees and agents, event officials, event sponsors, racetrack operators, site owners/operators, and other participants; discharges such persons and entities from responsibility for such losses; and covenants not to sue such persons and entities for bodily injury or death or loss or damage to property.
Further, the Participant hereby warrants that the vehicle used on this event is on the road legally, is being used by the entrant with the owner’s permission, and is covered by a valid auto insurance policy with liability limits as required by the state in which the vehicle is registered, and that the policy is in force on the date(s) of the event.
