THIS EVENT IS SOLD OUT. We are no longer taking names for a wait-list. However, SCC is hosting another weekend of autocross at the Cow Palace on Aug 15-16. Registration for those will open on MotorsportReg around July 25.
Welcome to the registration page for a Santa Clara Corvette autocross. SCC was created in 1975 and has been offering a variety of activities for Corvette enthusiasts in the SF Bay Area for over 40 years. Non-Corvettes are quite welcome at our autocross events. While this will be a Western States Corvette Council (WSCC) competition, non-Corvettes are included in the results and get ranked in with the Corvette results. You can see how you did against all of the drivers there that day.
We strive to give 5 runs to all entrants each day. You are welcome to register for two run groups each day for twice the fun. Also on Saturdays, we usually have fun runs after the 4th run group, charging 2 runs for $10.

* Motorhomes / camping trailers are welcome to stay overnight at the site for $25. You get locked in, however, so be prepared.
COVID -- In these strange times, SCC will be doing several things to mitigate risk from the virus. People will be REQUIRED to wear a mask when not in their car. We ask people to observe safe distancing (6 ft). We will strive to eliminate as many touch points as we can. We will be cleaning shared elements frequently and will have cleaning supplies on hand for use by participants. Please read our complete "COVID guidelines" document before coming to this event and help us keep everyone safe by complying with directions.
Event requirements
You will be asked to sign a waiver as you enter the site (unless we work out how to do that electronically -- ahead of time). You must have a valid driver's license to compete. If you are less than 18 years old, you may still compete or ride along, but you must have a Minor Waiver filled out and signed by a parent or guardian (available at the registration table). A helmet meeting SNELL SA 2005 (or newer) requirements is required for all drivers and passengers. Motorcycle helmets not allowed. We will NOT be offering loaner helmets for this event. Most any car in good condition can be autocrossed. We do not allow vehicles with a high center of gravity (like trucks on lift kits). No prior experience is needed. We offer coaches to provide guidance if requested, but we won't be doing in-car coaching.
We require you to work in one Run Group for each one you drive. Work can involve the cone stations on course, timing table duty, handing out time slips, getting waivers signed, etc. On both days, Run Groups 1 and 2 in the AM are a set -- if you drive in 1, you work in 2, and vice versa. Same with 3 and 4 in the afternoon.
Also there will be mandatory Drivers' Meetings (unless we go with virtual drivers' meetings). These happen at approximately 9:15 AM and 1 PM. We usually have course workers wear bright yellow or orange vests. We will not be doing that this time. Bring one to wear, if you have one, but not a requirement.
