About this event
We are in the process of putting together our SAAB Ambassador - Volunteer Team for SOC 2021 in Albany, New York at our host hotel - The Desmond. We are reaching out to all SAAB enthusiasts in the area and outside of the area who are interested in helping out.
We will need help in/at the following areas;
1. Registration/information desk
2. Water/hydration tent
3. Car wash station
4. Vendor area
5. SCNA merchandise/auction area
6. Parking/staging for car show categories and group picture
7. Collection of tickets for meals/awards banquet
8. Setup/breakdown and misc assistance
9. Ambassadors to 1st-time SOC attendees
10. Ambassadors for Sponsor Onboarding
Our goal is to put together a; solid, dedicated, attentive, helpful and energized team of 30 - 35 SAAB Ambassadors to volunteer at the SAAB Owners' Convention scheduled for July 16 - 19, 2020. We will be working with the volunteers to develop and design a commemorative t-shirt, which will be a gift to everyone on the volunteer team. Each volunteer gets one complimentary two-day event pass and for each shift worked, a meal voucher for that shift.

Event requirements
To be a part of our SAAB Ambassador - Volunteer Team for SOC 2021 you will need to be a member of the SAAB Club of North America(SCNA). If you are not a member of the SCNA you may join via this registration page. Membership in the SCNA is also a requirement to attend the SAAB Owners' Convention.
