SPECIAL CANCELATION POLICY FOR THIS EVENT
Due to the hectic scrambling caused in past years with people reserving large blocks of carport/RV spaces and then canceling at the last minute the cancelation policy for this event is modified as follows:
- Cancelations/changes made after 11:59pm on August 20, 2019 WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY REFUNDS
