RGRSCCA Solo - Points #12

There are some details about this event that are VERY different than our normal event. Since it will be held on Sandia National Labs and is accessed through Kirtland AFB, everyone attending is required to have a background check in order to gain access to the site.  So in order for us to have the information in advance and process the required paperwork YOU MUST pre-register online.  Registration will also close MUCH earlier than other events to allow time for processing. For this reason, there will be no onsite registration. You may pay for the event on site, but online registration is required.

The MotorSportReg (MSR) site will also ask a couple of questions for this event only:

YOU MUST provide:

• First Name, Middle Initial, Last Name (If your name on the MSR site is different than your legal name, YOU MUST email me your legal name when you register.)
• Last 4 digits of your social security number
• Date of birth
• Citizenship

ANSWERS TO THESE QUESTIONS ARE MANDATORY. If you don’t want to provide us with this information, unfortunately you will not be able to attend the event. Your information will not be shown or shared with other participants; only to those who turn in the paperwork. The ONLY exception to the above is if you already have base access.  Failure to provide your legal name, date of birth and last 4 of the social security number of any guest will result in that guest being denied entry. Anyone driving to the event or at the event shall provide a valid:

• Drivers License,
• Current vehicle registration,
• Proof of current insurance

All vehicle occupants/guests shall have a valid government ID with a picture.
