Saturday June 16 – Monthly Membership Meeting, RTR Family Picnic and Ballgame with the Reading Phillies - Double Header!

Special arrangements have been made for an evening with the Reading Phillies vs. Akron Aeros as this year’s RTR picnic and June member meeting. 

• For $12 per person, you will receive a reserved seat to the games, all you can eat BBQ ribs, chicken, sandwiches, hot dogs, Baked Ziti, corn on the cob, potato and pasta salads, cookies, watermelon, and more.  
• Exclusive Porsche parking for RTR members attending the game will be available at the lot on the north side of the stadium from 3:15 - 4:00 PM. After 4:00 PM, parking lot available to general public, so please be sure to arrive early. Table setup outside third-base gate to receive your tickets and enter picnic area. 
• RTR Meeting will begin at 4:00PM in the picnic area.
• Food will be served in the picnic area beginning at 4:30 and will continue until 8 PM with the first game to start time of 5:35 PM. Second game begins 30 minutes after game one ends. There will also be a spectacular post game fireworks show.  
• RSVP will be required.  An update on registration to follow on the website and email notice when available.

Please block the date as we have a limited # of tickets and this is one picnic you DO NOT want to miss!
