RaceCraft1 Racer Day, February 21st, 2016, 9:30am - 3pm

RaceCraft1 announces the February 21st Racer Day at our Indianapolis headquarters.  The day includes 2 ½ hours of skills development followed by 2 ½ hours of racing on our purpose-built, professional training devices. 

9:30am – 10:30am      Circuit Familiarization Exercises

Practice quickly finding the fastest line when faced with several new circuits

10:30am – 12 noon     Time Attack Cooperative Learning

Hot lap, then swap in one another’s ghost laps to find more lap time through comparative learning

12 noon – 1pm            Lunch at RaceCraft1

1:30pm – 3pm             2 ½ hours Racing

Intense back-to-back racing with data analysis and video review.

Presented by Chief Instructor and former F-16 instructor pilot Kelly Jones, you'll apply your skills with abundant track time driving the training devices (simulators) with full data analysis tools and video review. You'll enjoy thorough debrief of each driving session and we'll cap the day off with an insightful roundtable discussion. 

5 hours of track time and training, limited to 6 participants, $80

Event requirements

Please remember to bring with you to RaceCraft1:

  1. Driving shoes; no need for gloves or helmet.
  2. Note taking supplies (pen & notebook, smartphone, tablet, or laptop).
  3. Storage device (USB stick, portable hard drive, or laptop) with at least 8GB of storage space for video, data, and lecture notes from the event. 
  4. Onboard video and data from your recent track events, if you should have any.
