We have been informed by the Vancouver island motorsport circuit everyone attending the Sept 25th race day must have proof of vaccine as per the government covid health regulations.

Kart layout, Clockwise
Gates open at 11am, practice starts at 1 pm
We will be running the club race under the following supplemental regulations:
- Registration per MSR is required.
- Each pit must have a copy of the VIKA technical sheet, including VIKA supplementary and running engines rules.
- Each pit must have a drip tray or small tarp to put under kart to prevent spillage.
- It is recommended that you have a fire extinguisher in your pit, should be a minimum of 1.5 pounds dry powder A,B,C rated.
- Driving of karts in the pits is not permitted.
- Driving of karts onto the scales is not permitted.
- Smoking in the pits or pre grid is not permitted.
- All classes must wear neck/collar, and the use of a rib protector is highly recommended.
We have been given the opportunity to run our karting program at the Vancouver Island Motorsport Circuit and we must be aware of noise issues in consideration of our neighbors. It is imperative that we keep a low profile as far as noise is concerned, so absolutely no running of your engines in the pit area. All maintenance should be done before you arrive at the tack. We have already had noise complains necessitating the following restriction: Engines CANNOT be started in the pits. However, there will be a designated area, at the back of the garage, where you can start and warm up your engines.

All classes will have a maximum capacity of 20 karts. First come, first serve. Registration and payment required on Motorsport Reg.

Total Fees in CAD$, + 5% GST:
VIKA Members:
Saturday Race: $ 75 (+ 5% GST)
Extra Kart*: $ 50 (+ 5% GST)
Guests (Any member of an affiliate karting club in British Columbia):
Saturday Race: $ 75 (+ 5% GST)
Extra Kart*: $ 50 (+ 5% GST)
Other:
Pit Pass: $ 20
(Access to pit road/hot pit for pit crew)
Spectator Pass: $ 10
* In order to qualify for the family rate all participants must be living in the same household. Depending children must be 22 or younger.
Event requirements
All Race Entries MUST be completed in MotorsportReg.com. NO paper entries will be accepted.

- Please use proper capitalization for all of your information as it will appear on the race results. This includes vehicle information.
- Review kart making sure to enter your preferred kart number and your transponder number.
- Next return to this page and enter the event and pay online.
All entries on MotorSportReg require a credit card to complete the registration process, and payment will be processed immediately. If you do not have a credit card, please contact the Registrar to make other arrangements.

Some classes will be combined due to time constraints. The race director reserves the right to move any driver from one class to another.
We run rain or shine. Rain tires are allowed.
