Potomac Chesapeake Chapter of ACNA is proud to announce the return of our Spring Fun Run on May 5th, 2018. Our Sponsor for this event is Audi of Silver Spring.
Our day starts with a cordial welcome including coffee and light breakfast fare from 7:00 to 7:45 am. Participants will complete registration, receive important information and a driver briefing in the parking lot next to Sonic. Event will start at 7:45 am with the driver's meeting at Sonic in Frederick, MD and end at approximately 12:30 to 1:00 pm at The Barley and Hops Restaurant. We will have multiple photo opportunity for all participating cars during the fun run. Our route this year is different than in years past and we are driving round trip from Frederick, Maryland to West Virginia.
Following our photo shoot at Barley and Hops Restaurant, we encourage everyone to enjoy socializing with us inside the restaurant where, thanks to Audi of Silver Spring and the Potomac Chesapeake Chapter, members and guests will enjoy several appetizers at no cost to you. Unfortunately, adult beverages and entrees will not be covered and may be purchased separately. Please remember to drink responsibly and don’t drink and drive. We hope to celebrate new friendships, enjoy good food with fellow Audi enthusiasts. All friends, family, and non-Audi club members are welcome to participate in this event. Due to a few necessary changes this year to handle administrative costs, our registration fee for this event is $15 per driver and $5 per passenger.
This event will take place rain or shine. We look forward to your participation!

- Start Location: Sonic 7420 Guilford Dr, Frederick, MD 21704
- Event Time: Arrive between 7-7:15 am for registration, Leave promptly at 8:30 am (we will not wait for you so please be on time to register and sign waiver)
- Drivers meeting: Starts promptly at 7:45 am
- Lunch: Barley and Hops 5473 Urbana Pike, Frederick, MD 21704
- Important note: Event limited to first 30 cars that register (there will be a waiting list so please sign up event if the is event full as we do have cancellations)
- What you need to bring: 2 way Radios, Cash for lunch, drinks and snacks (if you don't have a radio we can loan you one, we will not be loaning cash)

Event requirements
The entry fee is $15 per car. Each additional passenger is $5. The Audi Club is a non-profit organization. Because using credit cards for registration costs us about $3.00 on each $20 transaction, the registration fee for one driver and one passenger would be $23. You may also select the offline payment option and mail in a check for $15 plus $5 for each passenger to our P.O. Box. Your registration will not be confirmed until we receive your payment. If you mail in a check, please remember to add an extra $5 for each additional passenger. AMEX is no longer accepted.
