It's back for the Red, White & Pie! This coming 4th of July we'll enjoy the long weekend a tad longer as we roll over the hills out to Breaux vineyards for an afternoon of Wine & Pie & fun. Pies will be available for pre-order from Mom's Apple Pie www.momsapplepieco.com, and you can wash them down with a glass of nice Breaux wine!

Dates: Sunday July 10, 9:30 am - 3 PM
Costs: $10 per person (kids 5 & under free) + Pie's (costs varies) + Wine tasting $17
Deadline: Deadline to pre-order your pie or lunch box is Wednesday July 6th @noon, to join us is July 9th.
What could be more American than apple pie (or blueberry pie for that matter) and some libations to celebrate the birth of our nation? We will start the day at 9:30 am from a Point in VA TBD. Our fun back-country drive will be through via the most scenic route to Breaux Vineyards in Purcellville, Virginia. Here you will relax and enjoy the company of your Porsche friends while also having the option to enjoy a scrumptious piece of pie from their selection of Mom’s Apple Pie (check out their pie selection at http://www.momsapplepieco.com) that Southern Living claims is one of “The South’s Best Pies” along with the opportunity to sample some of the area’s best wines.
My personal favorite is strawberry rhubarb – divine beyond description!! Whole pies maybe pre-ordered for delivery by calling Mom's directly at 703-771-8590 and telling them you are with the "Potomac's Wine & Pie Drive". Wines by the glass, bottle, and case will be for sale at the winery. They also have lunch boxes available for pre-order. Please drink responsibly, and do not drink and drive.
Be sure to reserve your whole pie before July 6th to assure that Mom has time to bake your pie and deliver it to the winery. After that date you may be able to join us on this drive, (up to max. event capacity), but you'll need to bring your own pie! Picnic baskets are welcome at the winery. Lunch boxes with your choice of Gourmet Deli Sandwich (Turkey, Corned Beef, or Roast Beef), Chips, Pickle, and a Bottle of water can also be pre-ordered from the vineyard. Sorry the deadline for lunch orders is now past, but you can still bring your own picnic basket!
This will be a great event for the whole family!
Event requirements
APPLICATIONS/ACCEPTANCE
- Our events are open to all marques.
- You do not need to be a PCA member to participate.
- This event has limited capacity to accommodate the venue's facilities, and for the safety of all participants. (late registrations are risky due to capacity). Watch the website for revisions.
- We will notify you of your status by email. You are responsible for updating your profile in the MotorsportReg.com website to include your current contact information.
- We initially list all registrants as “confirmed”, or "wait listed" if the event is filled to capacity. When needed, we will change your status as soon as possible. We will provide formal notification of acceptance into an event by email prior to an event. If you haven’t received any notification, check the MSR website for your status.
- Due to limited capacity of the event venue, walkups are discouraged from attempting to join the event. Special consideration may be given to those who preregister but are wait listed at a future event.
- IF YOU CAN'T PARTICIPATE, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CANCEL.
CANCELLATION
- You must cancel please be curious and cancel as soon as you can in order to allow others from the wait list to attend.
- If you cannot cancel online, you must notify the Registrar by email and receive an ACKNOWLEDGMENT by email to verify that you have canceled.
- Orders from Mom's Apple Pie Co. are submit to their terms & conditions. Please see http://www.momsapplepieco.com.
PAYMENT
- Potomac accepts only credit cards for payment. You are responsible for maintaining VALID CREDIT CARD INFORMATION in your profile.
- Billing problems result in notification by email with limited time to resolve the issue due to the short billing period. If the issue is not resolved, we may cancel you from the event.
- Credit card and billing information uses secure connections and is protected by MotorSportReg.com. You are the only person who has access to your card number. We only see the last four digits for billing purposes.
REFUND (when applicable)
- Cancel up to two weeks prior to the event for a full refund.
- No refunds will be approved within two weeks of the event date.
- Contact the D&D Chair to discuss special circumstances. THE D&D CHAIR IS THE ONLY PERSON WHO CAN AUTHORIZE A REFUND OR CREDIT FOR AN EVENT.
- If you are authorized a credit for an event, you must use it before the end of the calendar year. We will not carry credits over into the following year. Credits may only be used for other PCA Potomac events. They can't be used for other clubs who also use motorsportreg.com.
