First Annual Porsches and Horses Gala Fall Festival and Fund Raiser
October 1, 2017, 3:30-8:00 pm, register by 9/25/17
On October 1, 2017, HDRPCA’s First Annual Porsches and Horses Fall Festival and Fund Raiser will be held at Tracy Stout’s beautiful Wildwood Ranch in Sisters. Funds will be raised for the COCC Auto Maintenance Scholarships and the Deschutes County Risk Management Skid School. Fun activities will include live music, silent and live auctions, games (Pool, Cornhole, Stick Horse Barrel Racing), Porsche Tractor Hayride, walking tours of Tracy’s ranch, Beer Tasting, and more.
The BBQ will be catered by Wubba’s BBQ Shack.
Menu:
BBQed sliced tri-tip, chicken and ribs
Potato salad, BBQ beans, cheesy corn, and bread
Marionberry cobbler for dessert
Coffee and water will be supplied at no charge.
Tracy’s stunning ranch home, at 69715 Holmes Rd, Sisters, is surrounded by beautiful grounds and BLM lands.
Tickets are $50 per person. You must register on MotorSportReg.com for the Gala. Registration will close Sept. 25, 2017! Look for the Porsches and Horses Gala on MSR.
It is imperative that you register ASAP as we need to let Wubba’s BBQ Shack know how much food to prepare
