PCA Chesapeake’s Tour & Rally Committee is inviting club members to join more than 6,000 fellow Porsche owners and enthusiasts in Carlisle at the largest Porsche-only swap meet in the world. Nearly 650 vendors will be there, along with about 1,000 Porsches. Some of the cars will be for sale. A People’s Choice Concours will be conducted. This annual swap meet was formerly held in Hershey, PA.

Assembly time: 7:00 AM; meeting 7:15; departure 7:30
Assembly point: Kecco’s, 114 Westminster Pike, Reisterstown, MD
Breakfast: Arrive early if you want to buy takeout breakfast from nearby Dunkin.
Restrooms: Weis Markets nearby, 10 Village Center Rd, Reisterstown, MD
Route: Through Carroll and York Counties
ETA at destination: 9:00 AM, Carlisle Fairgrounds, 1000 Bryn Mawr Rd, Carlisle, PA

Participants must wear masks and observe social distancing, per CDC, state and county guidelines. While we are striving to make this event safe, with your Participation in and Registration for this tour you recognize and acknowledge the hazards of COVID-19, and you assume the risk of illness or death arising from a COVID-19 infection at this event. Note that planned events are subject to change, postponement or cancellation for weather or other reasons.
Participants must be PCA members (in good standing) to participate in the Porsche Swap Meet Drive event. The parents or grandparents of minor participants must be present at the rally, and must complete a "Parental Consent, Release and Waiver of Liability" form. The minor participant must complete a "Minor's Assumption of Risk Acknowledgement" form. All participants must complete a “Waiver and Release of Liability" form. Copies of these forms can be found below, on the Chesapeake Region website, and the national PCA website:

The below requirements must be met by each participant on the day of the event. Organizers will not have additional materials available on-site for participants who neglect to bring any of the below items.
A face mask must be worn by every participant when outside his or her car
Even when inside their cars, participants must wear face masks when talking to a Tour master through their open windows.
Printed waiver. Participants are responsible for printing the waiver prior to the event.
NOTE: Not meeting or having any of the above requirements will result in nonparticipation.
