1. Registration fee is $75.00 before 18 July and $100.00 after 18 July 2012.
2. Registration closes on 25 July and no refunds after this date.
3. Individual refunds will not be given out for cancelation until after 21 July and only after 31 drivers are sign-up and paid. Individual refunds will be issued in order/date and time they are received. Please take note after 21 July individual refunds will only be issued when we have 31 drivers or more registered.
4. If 30 drivers are not signed up by 21 July the event will be cancelled and refunds will be issued minus motorsportsreg.com fees.
5. Maximum number of drivers is 40.
6. In case of thunderstorms on 21 July the rain date is set for 11 August. Registration will transfer to the new date.
7. Sign-up & pay before 18 July 2012 and receive a discount on your registration fee. Enter Discount/Promo Code: Night AX. You must use the discount code "Night AX" to get the $75.00 registration fee.

2. You must be paid in full by credit card by 25 July 2012 to complete your registration. No onsight registration.
3. A valid State Driver's License must be presented/showed at the event registration desk.
