Join your SAR friends at Hacienda del Sol for great camaraderie, cuisine, charity and cheer!
We will also be announcing the 2021 SAR election results. Those elected serve the 2022 year.

Time: 5:00 p.m. - Cocktail hour. Cash Bar
6:30 p.m. Dinner & program
Attire: Dressy (but not formal)
Cost: $64 or $77/person depending on entree (Salad, entree, dessert, coffee or tea, gratuity and tax)

Hacienda Salad: Mixed Greens, Roasted Beets, Pickled Red Onion, Orange Segments, Blue Cheese, Candied Walnuts, and Roasted Garlic Dressing

Caramelized Onion & Asparagus Stuffed Chicken Breast: with Goat Cheese and Mornay Sauce
Grilled Beef Tenderlion (GF): Wild Mushroom Demi, Oysters, Cremini
Eggplant Rollatini (GF): Grilled Eggplant, Stuffed w/ Goat Cheese Pesto, Pomodoro Sauce
Plated Dessert: Fresh Fruit Tart
