Join us at the La Paloma Country Club for fantastic food, fabulous views of the golf course, and a wrap-up of SAR’s amazing year! Celebrate 2016 and get ready to launch SAR’s 50th Anniversary coming up in 2017! We will also be announcing the 2017 SAR election results.

When: 5:30 p.m. Cocktail hour. Passed hors d’oeuvres and Charity activities
6:30 p.m. Dinner and program
Cost: $60 per person
Suggested Attire: Dressy (but not formal)
Charity activities: Bring cash and/or checks to participate in fund raising activities for Holiday Food Baskets for needy families. Whether you attend or not, please donate. Make check payable to PCA-SAR and bring it to the party, or mail it to: PCA-Southern Arizona Region, P.O. Box 68413, Tucson AZ 85737.
HOR D’OEUVRES AND DINNER MENU:
Hor d’oeuvres: (5:30 to 6:30 p.m.)
Dinner Menu:
Salad: Three Sisters Salad
Roasted Butternut Squash, Tender White Beans, Charred Corn and Toasted Pumpkin Seeds tossed with Arugula and topped with Queso Panela and an Agave-Lime Vinaigrette
Entree Choices:
Chicken: La Paloma Polla Asado: spice rubbed and grilled Natural Chicken served with cilantro rice, black beans and pineapple-tomatillo salsa verde
Beef: Grilled Beef Tenderlion served with green chile and potato gratin with asparagus and grilled onions finished with and ancho chile demi-glace
Fish: Pan Seared Salmon with toasted quinoa, caramelized Brussels sprouts, chili, mint, pistachios, and lemon vinaigrette
Dessert: Shades of Chocolate: rich devil's food cake topped with dark chocolate mousse a Caramelina Chocolate Glaze served with salted caramel ice cream
