We are going to try again! Hopefully the fire season will be over.
Please join us on Saturday, October 14th, as we will continue our northern exploration with a run to the Cold Spring Tavern, a historic stop located on the old stagecoach route in the San Marcos Pass above Santa Barbara. We will have lunch in a truly rustic setting that dates from the 1880’s.

Location: Starbucks in The Commons at Calabasas
Our route will start from The Commons at Calabasas. We will gather towards the eastern side of the parking lot in front of the Starbucks and Corner Bakery Café. The start of our run will be west on the Ventura Freeway and north on the Moorpark Freeway, Route 23. Next we will wend our way west and north eventually reaching Route 150 in Santa Paula and follow it into Ojai where we will have a short pit stop. From there we will continue on Route 150 to Highway 101 and past Santa Barbara, and finally Highway 154 will take us up to the Stagecoach Road and the Cold Spring Tavern. Parking is limited at Cold Spring Tavern. Therefore the early departure time is to ensure that when we reach the Cold Spring Tavern for an early lunch, between 11:00-11:30 am, there will be sufficient parking for our Porsches. The run should be about 2 ½ hours with a substantial amount of freeway driving.
We will meet up between 8:00 am and 8:30 am in the parking lot in front of the Starbucks in The Commons at Calabasas with a departure time of 8:30 am:

Registration for this event is required, and the regular $10 registration fee per auto (not per person) is due upon registration. However please indicate the number and names of your guests to provide us with a head count ahead of time.
Final information and detailed route instructions will be emailed to you two or three days prior to the run.
Registration opens on September 25th.
Registration closes on October 11th at noon.
