Parking Volunteers for the Bommarito 500

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED for the Bommarito 500!

We could use a handful of people on Friday (10-12 positions) and as many as we can get for us on Saturday (our total goal is 40). These volunteers would be assisting patrons with parking

We would need them Saturday 10 a.m.- 7 p.m. then they would be able to go sit in red reserved seats to watch the race.  (Race green flag starts at 7:40 p.m.).

We would provide a shirt, a reserved seat ticket, a box lunch, and water throughout during the day and a concession voucher once the race starts.   We will also provide a guest ticket so they can bring a friend/spouse/kid.

For each worker, we would make a contribution of $12 per hour worked for SCCA to use against a future event. Each volunteer would receive a $50 credit voucher that could be used at an SCCA St. Louis Regional event in 2020.

We could use a few to help with egress (basically waving lighted baton) at the pedestrian crossovers (10-12 total). These volunteers would have to leave the race with about 20 laps left.

Almost all of the positions are just waving and pointing.  Not very labor-intensive.  We just need some friendly people who can help guests get parked and point them in the right direction.
