Annual Meeting and 2019 Elections on December 1, 2018 at Sheraton Reston, VA.
Please join us for coffee, juice and a continental breakfast for our Open Board Meeting, immediately followed by our 2019 Elections.

Breakfast will be served from 10:00 - 10:30 a.m. and the Open Board Meeting will start promptly at 10:30 am, followed by the 2019 Elections.
The Executive Board will provide a quick review of the 2018 season, the upcoming 2019 activities and programs, along with our current financial status. It is an Open Board meeting and thus we encourage all Potomac members to attend and offer input for future events and the direction of the club. This will be followed by our annual election of the Executive Board. The election slate may be viewed below. If you are unable to attend the meeting and still would like to vote please, send a message to VicePresident@pcapotomac.org indicating if you approve or disapprove the proposed slate.
Continental Breakfast will will include assorted pastries, bagels & cream cheese, fresh fruit salad, and more. Orange juice, coffee and tea will also be available.
There is no cost to this meeting and all members plus guests are welcome. If attending, please be sure to register so that we have an accurate count for food. If you've registered and are unable to attend, please be sure to cancel your registration..
Meeting will be held in the JUNIOR BALLROOM. Complimentary On-Site Parking is available.
