OktoberFast 2018 Points Event 8 and Fun Event 11.

 

OktoberFast is a very special event for TRSCCA, each year we host a two day event and this year we will have a new twist!

• This weekend will run similar to a 'Match Tour'; we will have our final points event on Saturday. Sunday will have a morning 'qualifier' session consisting of 4-5 runs (conditions depending).
• Qualifiers will be used to fill Runoff brackets for Novice, Ladies and Overall PAX. Overall number of bracket will be determined by number of entries and vacancies will be filled by next best in the case someone chooses not to compete in the runoff.
• Bracket seeding will be done by PAX time. In runoff, closest to or “best improvement” from best morning time will move on. Runoff will be single elimination. ANY TIME IMPROVEMENT DURING RUNOFF WILL RESET DRIVERS “INDEX” for their next round.
• Winners and runner-ups of each bracket will receive awards.

• SCCA Member Saturday/Sunday: $65.00
• SCCA Member Saturday or Sunday only: $35.00
• Non-SCCA Member Saturday/Sunday: $85.00
• Non-SCCA Member Saturday or Sunday only: $45.00

Additional Details:

• Camping onsite Friday and Saturday nights is free of charge. No water or electric hookups. Minimal to no grass patches for tents. No campfires on ground; MUST BE A RAISED fire pit.
• It is encouraged to preregister to help streamline the check-in and registration process. Any non-members will still need to fill out a weekend membership form before checking in.
• Dinner Saturday night will be provided to all attendees. Raffle ticket will be handed out to entries at check-in.
• PLEASE SHOW UP AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE IF NOT STAYING ON SITE. The main gate requires a waiver and can form a lengthy line. We are understanding of complications, but we expect everyone to do their best to arrive on-time and adhere o the posted schedule. Please contact us asap if problems arise that inhibit you making the event on time.
