This is the pre-event volunteer sign up for the July 22/23 2017 weekend.
There are a number of positions that must be filled prior to event start. These positions count towards your work assignment for the event.
This is first come-first serve.
Only the people on this list will get credit for working these positions instead of their regular assigned work assignment. No exceptions will be allowed.
Positions:
Fence setup: 12 people (Help with fence setup and teardown before and after the event)
Registration: 2 people (Assist in registration from 8:00 to 9:30 the morning of the event. Report to timing/scoring by 7:45am)
Tech Inspection: 2 people (Assist with tech inspection from 8:00 to 9:30 in the morning of the event. Report to tech inspection by 7:45am)
Morning Gate: 2 people (Gate/waiver. Work from 7:00am to 10:00am. Two people, 1.5 hours each)
