Patroon Chapter invites all BMWCCA Chapter Officers and Driving School event organizers for a discussion meeting for the North Atlantic BMWCCA chapters to be held at the Holiday inn on Wolf Rd, in Albany NY on Saturday Dec 14th 2013 . Onsite registration and Coffee is from 9:30-10:00 AM. Meeting from 10:00 -3:00 with lunch provided.
The goal of this meeting is to share ideas in order to improve the driving programs that we all offer. There has always been great cooperation among the chapters, and there is a wealth of knowledge that can benefit all involved.
Some of the suggested topics are:
2014 schedule of events
Relationships with track management
Technical inspections – procedures, any new issues discovered?
Instructor training, database
Classroom instruction
Advanced students
Timing equipment, cameras – anything new?
Emergency action plans – please review yours before the meeting
Safety concerns and medical considerations
Driving Evals – update from Dan
Best (and worst) practices
