About this event
We will be running this event as a joint event with the Northern New Jersey Region Porsche Club. We will be supporting all PCA classes, and this event will count as a points event for both the Porsche Club and SCCA. Membership in either club will be accepted.
MEADOWLANDS FORMAT: we will run 3 heat format, you run one heat work another heat and rest another heat. Your work heat can be changed depending where help is needed. If registration reaches over 150 we will switch to a 4 heat format (work once, run once). If registration is under 100 we'll run a 4 heat / 2 group format (work twice, run twice).
The event will be capped at 170 drivers. After the limit is reached, you will go on the wait list which will allow you to register on site after registration closes, assuming there were last minute cancelations.
Run order and pricing will be announced by e-mail once registration is closed
This event will be a joint points event with the Northern New Jersey Region Porsche Club of America. We'll support all the PCA classes and they'll combine this event into their season points.
Registration -
Online payment is required if you pre-register. You will not be charged until after registration closes, and you have until registration closes to cancel. If you don't cancel before the event and your account is charged, there are no refunds, but we will offer a credit good for one year (if you have a good excuse for not showing up). There will be no credits if the event sells out and you fail to notify us by 8am the day of the event (via email, or by cancelling in MSR).

Also, we're going to be running some additional index classes this season. This is where to run if you're in a typically under-subscribed class and want to run against the same people in the same class all season.
- XR (Race Tire Index) : For Street Prepared, Street Modified, Prepared and Modified
- FUN : Non-comp class
And don't forget about the T (Street Tire SP/SM) class for race tire classes that are running on street tires. This class gets some extra help in PAX to make up for the street tires.

- 7:30 - Arrive
- 8:00 to 9:00 - Registration
- 8:15 - Course Open for Walking
- 8:15 to 9:00 - Tech Inspection
- 9:00 - Novice Course Walk
- 9:15 - Course Closed for Walking
- 9:20 - Mandatory Drivers' Meeting
- 9:45 - First car off
Fees
This event will be $70 / driver.
Notes:
- There will be a $10 surcharge for cash payments the day of the event (please pre-register)
- If you're not an SCCA or PCA member, there will be an additional $10 charge.
Event requirements
Registration closes at 9:00 am the day before the event.
General Requirements
All competitors must posses a valid driver's license. All competitors under 18 years of age are required to have a Minor Waiver form signed by a legal guardian. This form must either be signed in the presence of an SCCA member at the event, or signed and notarized prior to the event. The minor waiver form is available here.
We do not allow junior karts in NJ. All kart drivers (KM) must be SCCA members (no weekend memberships permitted).
SCCA Members
All competitors must be SCCA members
If you are not an SCCA Member you can still run, however, you must fill out a weekend membership form on site if you have not pre-registered. If you pre-registered and are not an scca member, the online MSR will submit your info to SCCA and assign you a weekend number for the weekend. This way for the event you are an SCCA member for insurance purposes.
Passengers
Only approved instructors are allowed as passengers during runs. You can also ride along with an instructor.
