Arrive and Drive and BBQ August 3, 2019 honoring New Members
On August 3, 2019, following the Arrive and Drive we will have a BBQ at the ranch of Peter and Prudence Hammett in beautiful Tumalo. The BBQ will be free to members who have joined the HDRPCA after July 1, 2018. For new members to qualify for the free BBQ, you must sign up and participate in the Arrive and Drive in the morning. Members who have joined before July 1, 2018 will be asked to contribute $16/person.
The BBQ will be catered. Water will be supplied, oif you want other drinks please bring them.
Peter and Prudence’s beautiful home, at 64880 Collins Rd, Tumalo, is surrounded by lush green pastures. We will have unobstructed views of Bachelor, Broken Top and the Three Sisters while we enjoy lunch.
You must register on MotorSportReg.com for the BBQ independent of registering for the Arrive and Drive. Registration will close August 1st! Look for the New Member BBQ on MSR for either New Members and Old Members.
