SCHEDULE
THURSDAY 3 October
7:00-9:00 pm Registration, Tech Inspection, Garage, pending staff availability
FRIDAY 4 October No race engines may be started before 9am or after 7 pm
7:30 am – 10:30 am Registration, Tech Inspection; Scales open 9am – 4pm
9:00 am – Noon 20-minute Qualifying sessions by race group.
Noon approx. – 1pm approx. Lunch
1pm approx. Regional Race 1 by race group will be 20 minutes plus one lap. Grids: All Race grids will be set by the best lap in previous session.
End of day Participant’s Party - All invited - featuring Annual NER Workers Award Presentations
SATURDAY 5 October No race engines may be started before 9am or after 7 pm
7:30 am – 10:00 am Registration, Tech Inspection, see Supps for Scale availability
9:00 am – Noon Regional Race 2 by race group will be 14 minutes plus a lap. Grid will be set by the fast lap in Race 1.
Noon approx. – 1pm approx. Lunch
1pm approx.. Regional Race 3 by race group will be 20 minutes plus a lap. Grids will be set by race finish order of Race 2.
Garage party At conclusion of on track activities

Please review, and update if needed, your list of three preferred numbers in your vehicle's profile as this list will be used to assign your car number. Three digit numbers must start with a 1.
Review & update your Crew: list adults only, minimum age 18, (not listing current crew results in delays at Registration).
All attendees must still go through on-site SCCA Registration at the track with appropriate licenses and memberships, to sign the SCCA waiver, and receive SCCA wristbands. The track also requires a waiver and wristband, which is handled at the cute building at the Gate. - Please remember to see us in Registration in the building in the paddock.
