This is a Saturday-Sunday only event. There is no Friday Test/Tune event on Friday, July 24. Move-in for the event will be in the afternoon on Friday.

HPDE Cancellation policy: Full refund less $99.00 processing fee, with notice by the Monday prior to the event, provided you were signed up at least 14 days before the event otherwise no refunds. Once the car goes on track, no refunds or credits. No exceptions.

Race & TT Cancellation policy: Full refund less $99.00 processing fee or full credit with notice up to 5 days following the event provided you were signed up at least 14 days before the event, otherwise no refunds or credits. Once the car goes on track, no refunds or credits. No exceptions.

HPDE

HPDE 1 is where it all starts. If you've never been on track before, sign up for HPDE 1. We do not rent transponders for HPDE 1. Selecting the HPDE 1 option automatically assigns you an instructor. Please do not select the Instructor option. One day option will open up prior to the event if there is room. 

HPDE 2: 
HPDE 2 is for drivers that have been signed off to drive on their own, but want more time at HPDE 1 speeds and skill level. So Group 2 is Group 1 (runs with Group 1), but with no instructor assignment. We do not rent transponders for HPDE 2. 

HPDE 3: 
Saturday will work up to additional passing by the end of the day. Sunday will be a continuation, starting with limited passing and then picking up pace and passing areas in subsequent sessions. This should better prepare drivers for Group 4. Sunday only entrants should be aware of this. 

HPDE 4:
HPDE 4 is for advanced drivers with open passing skills. All HPDE 4 drivers who are new to NASA must be pre-approved by the Chief Instructor before being allowed to drive in HPDE 4.

Time Trial

You must possess a NASA TT license to run in TT. You can apply for a license HERE. 

Race & TT Cancellation policy: Full refund less $99.00 processing fee or full credit with notice up to 5 days following the event provided you were signed up for the event at least 14 days before the event, otherwise no refunds or credits. Once the car goes on track, no refunds or credits. No exceptions.

Garages

Garages are 20’ wide x 65’ long or 6mx20m. Garages are equipped with 120v outlets, 220v 30 amps, 60Hz. Private bathrooms, Epoxy Floors, Compressed air hookup (no hoses), Water spouts outside each, Double automatic lifting garage doors. This is typically room for up to 4 cars. Garage users must keep clear of all fire lanes. There are a limited amount of Garages. Most garages will be sold as one unit. There will be limited individual spaces available for HPDE drivers. 

Full Garage  - $1000 for the space all weekend.

Individual Space within shared garage *Only available to HPDE/TT entries.

Do not select this option unless you are an HPDE/TT entry. If you mistakenly select this option there will be a $50 refund charge.  - $250 for the space all three days.
