MSSCCA Grenada Autocross/Test-n-Tune 7/14-15

Come join us at Grenada Municipal Airport site for our 5th Autocross event of the year! Great tune-up event before SCCA Nationals. Gates open at 8am, expect a driver's meeting around 10:30, and first car out shortly after.
Saturday's event will include a Test-n-Tune session in the afternoon for a couple hours as we know many of you might want to test setups on concrete before Lincoln. The regular autocross points event on Saturday will be compressed slightly with all runs being held in each heat. So if we do 5 timed runs, you will run all 5 runs in your one heat and then switch to work a heat.
The Test-n-Tune will be Saturday's event course. This is also a great time for some of you novice drivers to try different things and get some coaching from some of the experienced drivers. Anybody that participates in the Test-n-Tune must help us clean up the cones off the site after the event as we can't leave cones setup on the ramp overnight.
Sunday's event will be a standard multi-heat MS Region event.
Cost is $30 for one day, $50 for both days. SCCA membership required for all participants, or $15 for a weekend membership.
Online payment is preferred or you can pay on-site, but please bring cash or check as we do not accept credit cards at the event site.

Event requirements
All 2018 SCCA Solo rules apply.
Anybody under the age of 18 must fill out a minor waiver onsite. They also must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardian.
All participants will be asked to show their drivers license as well as SCCA member card.
If you choose to become a new member of the Mississippi Region, you can attend your first autocross event free of charge.
Regular membership dues are $85 annually
Family membership dues are $105 annually
Military (full-time) dues are $50 annually
First Gear (age 24 and under) dues are $50 annually
You are strongly encouraged to manage your membership online at scca.com, although you can join the day of the event if desired. If you join within a week or two of the event, you may not be on our most recent membership list. In that case, be sure to write down your membership number and bring it with you to the event.
MSSCCA uses the PAX Index for scoring and is broken into 4 overall classes:
1) Open Class - Any class other than CAM or HC
2) CAM/HC - CAM and Historic Classic
3) Ladies Class
4) Novice Class - Anybody competing that has had less than 6 career autocross events without winning Novice at MSSCCA event.
